At the heart of HÁSLO Brewery is modern, certified equipment used to brew all ten of our beers. Every stage of the process — from milling the malt to packaging — is under our complete control. We closely monitor both brewing and storage to ensure that every batch meets our high quality standards.
Most of the electricity used in production comes from our own solar power system installed on the brewery roof. This allows us to operate efficiently and sustainably, combining craft brewing with a responsible approach to the environment.
For our beers, we use high-quality water from our own 183-meter-deep well, sourced from the Cenomanian aquifer. It gives the beer a natural purity and balanced character that we carefully preserve in every bottle and keg.
At HÁSLO, our laboratory helps ensure that every batch of beer delivers consistent taste and quality. Daily quality control allows us to preserve the distinctive style and character of each beer.
We also monitor how the product performs throughout its entire shelf life. Maintaining the cold chain, ensuring consistent foam stability, and preserving flawless taste are all part of our work.
The laboratory is also a creative space where new beers are born. We experiment with different styles, combine various types of malt, hops, and yeast, test recipes in small pilot batches, and select the very best results. This is where the beers that become the pride of our brewery — and favorites among our guests — first take shape.
